Web development portfolio: sites and apps we built

Live projects for real businesses: websites, web apps, online stores and an installable app. Each case study says what we built, the stack and the services involved, and links to the client's live site when it's public.

Web apps and back offices

Several of these businesses needed more than a website: a place where staff handle leads, bookings, orders and follow-up.

Websites, migrations and local SEO

Moving off WordPress, a page builder or a hosted CMS without losing what already works, then building out the pages that bring in local customers.

Online stores

Stores the business owns, with accounts, several ways to pay and an admin for orders.

Our own product: XOLBY

XOLBY is our multi-tenant booking and production platform: a booking wizard, crew scheduling, media delivery to a client portal, property websites, payments and crew payouts. It was first built for a real estate media studio and runs today as Book With NAV.

We also maintain the XOLBY admin template, with switchable modules and runtime theming. It started as the admin we built for Truth In Beauty, and the Donna Rodrigues site is built from it. New admins can start from building blocks that already run in production.

How we present this work

We'd rather show you less than overstate it.

Frequently asked questions

Did you design every one of these sites from scratch?

No, and we're upfront about it. Some projects kept the client's existing theme, like iLights Modern, Truth In Beauty and the Nueva Visión church site. For those, our work was the migration, the rebuild, the SEO and the admin platform. Others, like Tulip Landcare, were rebuilt from scratch in Next.js.

Can I see the admin panels?

Each case study describes the admin. Client admin panels sit behind a login, so we don't link to them, but we're happy to walk you through how they work on a call.

Are all of these hosted on your servers?

Not all. Several run on Netlify or Fly.io, and some also have preview copies on our own server. We host where it makes sense for each client and can move a project to our servers when the client is ready.

Can you build something like this for my business?

Yes. Most of these projects share building blocks: forms that save leads, admin panels with roles, stores, booking and push notifications. Tell us what your business needs and we'll point you to the closest example.

Why are some projects in Spanish only?

Because their audiences speak Spanish. The Nueva Visión church site and its Oremos app serve a Spanish-speaking congregation in Baja California, while Márquez Realty Group's site runs in Spanish, English and French.
