Privacy policy
This policy covers prosperflow.dev, the website of Prosper Flow. It explains what information we collect when you visit the site or contact us, why we collect it and what we do with it. Last updated: October 2026.
What we collect
When you send the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email address, company (optional), the service you're interested in (optional), your message, and the language of the page you used. The form sends these to our inbox by email. The website itself doesn't store them in a database.
When you email us at ivan@prosperflow.io, we receive your message and anything you include in it.
When you book a call, you use our scheduling page at schedule.prosperflow.io, which runs on a third-party scheduling service. That service collects the details its booking form asks for, under its own privacy policy.
When you browse the site, our server receives the technical information every website receives: your IP address, browser type and the page you requested. We use IP addresses briefly to limit form spam; they're held in memory for about an hour and aren't written to our application logs. Our hosting infrastructure may keep standard server logs for security and troubleshooting.
What we don't do
If we ever add analytics, we'll update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
- No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies
- No third-party scripts, ad pixels or social media trackers
- Everything on the page, including fonts and images, loads from our own server
- We don't sell or rent your personal information
How we use your information
We use what you send us to reply to you, to discuss and quote your project, and, if we work together, to deliver and support it. We don't add you to marketing lists or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else handles it
A few service providers handle data on our behalf. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it
We keep messages and contact details for as long as we need them to talk with you, deliver any work we agree on and keep normal business records. If you ask us to delete your messages and we have no legal reason to keep them, we will.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email ivan@prosperflow.io and we'll respond. Depending on where you live, such as California or Mexico, local privacy laws may give you additional rights, and we'll honor them.
Children and changes to this policy
This site is meant for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date. Questions? Write to ivan@prosperflow.io.

No. The site doesn't set tracking or advertising cookies, and it doesn't need cookies to work.
Is the contact form secure?
The site uses HTTPS, so your message is encrypted between your browser and our server. From there it's sent to our inbox by email.
Do you sell my information?
No. We don't sell or rent personal information.
How do I ask you to delete my message?
Email ivan@prosperflow.io and tell us which messages or details you'd like deleted.
