Real estate website design and custom CRMs for brokerages and agents

We build listing websites and private CRMs for brokerages, agents and the studios that serve them, including bilingual and cross-border markets. Listings are easy to add, every lead lands in one place, and follow-up doesn't depend on someone remembering.

Listing sites built around how buyers search

Buyers filter first and read second. Real estate website development starts with the search: property type, city or neighborhood, price range and currency. Then comes a listing page that answers the obvious questions with real photos, a map and a clear way to ask about the property.

We build custom real estate websites on Next.js, so listing pages are fast on a phone and fully readable by search engines. Each listing gets its own URL, a share image for messaging apps and social, and a place in the sitemap and listing feeds. Realtor website design for a single agent usually needs fewer pieces: a strong about page, your current listings and a lead form that feeds your CRM. See our website design process.

Márquez Realty Group: a multilingual listing site and private CRM

Márquez Realty Group is a brokerage in Baja California with homes, condos and land in Tijuana, Rosarito, Ensenada and Valle de Guadalupe, priced in pesos and dollars. We built its public site in English, Spanish and French, and the private CRM the team works in every day.

Listings start on a phone at the property. An agent captures the details and photos, AI drafts the listing copy in both languages, and the system publishes to EasyBroker. That replaced a workflow built on Google Sheets and Apps Script. Each publish is tracked step by step, so a retry doesn't create a duplicate listing. See the Márquez Realty Group case study or visit marquezrealtygroup.com.

A real estate CRM that fits how your team works

Plenty of agents do fine with an off-the-shelf real estate CRM, and if that's you, we'll connect your site to it. A custom CRM makes sense when your workflow doesn't fit the boxes: listings come from your own source, you publish to a portal like EasyBroker, your buyers write on WhatsApp, or you work in two languages and two currencies.

We build those as custom web apps with your stages, fields and roles. For automated follow-up (texts, emails and reminders after a lead comes in) we can also set up a GoHighLevel pipeline for real estate leads and feed it from your website.

Book With NAV: booking for real estate photography and video

NAV Productions is a real estate photo and video studio in San Diego. Book With NAV is the booking and production platform we built for it, running on XOLBY, our own booking platform. Agents book and pay online with address autocomplete, listing details pulled in automatically, saved cards and promo codes. The studio schedules crews by skill and availability, delivers media from the editors' Dropbox to a client portal, and creates a property website for each shoot.

If you run a real estate media business, or a brokerage that books shoots for every listing, this is the kind of online booking and scheduling system we build. See the Book With NAV case study.

Bilingual listings for US Hispanic and cross-border buyers

Many buyers in the US are more comfortable reading about a home in Spanish, and cross-border buyers often search in both languages. A listing they can read in their own language, with the price in the currency they think in, is easier to act on.

We build each language as its own set of pages, linked with hreflang tags, so Google shows the Spanish listing to people searching in Spanish instead of treating it as a duplicate. Listing copy is stored on each language's page, not machine-translated in the browser, so search engines can read it. Prices can show in pesos, dollars or both.

Structured data for agents and listings

We add RealEstateAgent markup for your brokerage and agents (name, area served, contact details, languages) and listing markup for each property (address, price, offer and photos). Search engines use it to understand your pages, and AI assistants use it when someone asks about homes or agents in your area. Our SEO for real estate sites builds on it with city and neighborhood pages. If you also run a photo or video studio, see our page for creators and studios.

Frequently asked questions

Can my listings show in both English and Spanish?

Yes. Each listing can have its own English and Spanish page, linked to each other, with prices in dollars, pesos or both. Márquez Realty Group's site runs in English, Spanish and French.

Can leads from my website go straight into my CRM?

Yes. Each inquiry can carry the listing it came from and go straight to your CRM, whether that's a custom one we build, GoHighLevel, or another CRM that accepts data through an API.

Do I need a custom real estate CRM?

Not always. If an off-the-shelf CRM fits your process, keep it and we'll connect your site. A custom CRM makes sense when you have your own listing workflow, publish to a portal like EasyBroker, work in two languages, or need tools a standard product doesn't have.

Can agents add listings from their phone?

Yes. At Márquez Realty Group, agents capture listings on a phone at the property, and the system drafts bilingual copy and publishes to EasyBroker. We design the intake around what your agents actually collect on site.

Can you build booking for a real estate photography studio?

Yes. Book With NAV, built for a San Diego real estate media studio, handles booking and payment, crew scheduling, media delivery to a client portal, and a property website for each shoot.

Do you work with brokerages outside the US?

Yes. Márquez Realty Group is in Baja California, Mexico. We work remotely, in English and Spanish.
