Built on XOLBY
XOLBY is the multi-tenant platform behind Book With NAV. It runs its own API with a PostgreSQL database, uses Stripe Connect for payments, and is hosted on Fly.io. Because it's multi-tenant, the same platform can serve other studios with their own branding and data.
Is Book With NAV a client project or your own product?
Both. It's the production deployment of XOLBY, our own platform, built for NAV Productions. The studio uses it to run its business, and the platform underneath is ours.
Can agents pay when they book?
Yes. Agents pay online with saved cards and promo codes, and a paid booking locks the time slot.
How do photos and videos reach the client?
Editors work from Dropbox. The platform moves finished media into a client portal, tracks delivery against SLA timers and notifies the client when it lands.
