Logistics software development for carriers, brokers and the companies that sell to them

We build data pipelines, dashboards, portals and websites for trucking and logistics: pipelines that turn public FMCSA carrier data into clean, segmented contacts in your CRM, internal tools your team works in every day, and websites that bring in quote requests and driver applications.

What we build for trucking and logistics

Trucking runs on data that's public but messy, and on processes that live in spreadsheets and group texts. Most logistics software development work comes down to fixing one of those two: getting the right data into the right system, or replacing a spreadsheet with a tool your whole team can share.

Example: an FMCSA carrier data pipeline that feeds a CRM

We built a private carrier-data pipeline for a client. It has no public URL, so here's what it does.

It syncs the public FMCSA carrier census and detects carriers that are new since the last run. It validates phone numbers so the sales team isn't dialing dead lines, then sorts each carrier into segments. Finally it pushes the contacts into GoHighLevel, with a cap on how many go in per run and a check that stops the run if a download looks incomplete, so a bad import doesn't flood the CRM. The team works from a clean, sorted list instead of a raw government download.

This is the kind of lead generation automation we build, and it plugs into the same GoHighLevel pipelines and follow-up we set up for other businesses.

Who a new-carrier pipeline fits

New carriers need insurance, factoring, ELD and compliance services, and freight. That makes newly registered carriers a natural audience for several kinds of businesses. A pipeline like this fits if you're one of them and you'd rather not keep buying one-time trucking leads lists or downloading files by hand.

One note: the data is public, so the value isn't the data itself. It's the speed, the cleanup and getting each contact to the right person on your team. You stay in charge of how you reach out, including the rules that apply to calls and texts.

Ops dashboards and portals

When the work lives in spreadsheets, a focused custom web app can fit better than another subscription. We build dashboards and portals with staff roles, so dispatch, sales and owners each see what they need, and customers or drivers get their own login for the parts that concern them.

Trucking company website design

A carrier's website has two jobs: win freight and hire drivers. Trucking company website design should make both easy on a phone. We build quote pages that ask for lanes, equipment and dates, and recruiting pages with a short driver application that goes straight to your hiring pipeline. Logistics website design for brokers adds pages for the lanes and modes you cover. If many of your drivers speak Spanish, the recruiting pages can be in Spanish too.

Frequently asked questions

Is FMCSA data public?

Yes. FMCSA publishes carrier registration data, including USDOT numbers, company names, addresses, phone numbers and fleet details, as public data. A pipeline doesn't unlock anything private; it collects, cleans and routes what's already published.

How fresh is the data?

As fresh as FMCSA's own publishing schedule. The pipeline checks on a schedule you choose and picks up what changed since the last run, so new carriers reach your CRM soon after FMCSA publishes them. We go over the specific datasets and their update timing with you.

Can it filter by state, fleet size or type of operation?

Yes. Carriers can be segmented by state, number of power units, type of operation and other census fields, and each segment can go to its own pipeline, tag or owner in your CRM.

Does it have to be GoHighLevel?

No. Our example pushes to GoHighLevel, but the same kind of pipeline can feed another CRM with an API, a database or a spreadsheet export.

Is this the same as buying a trucking leads list?

No. A list is a one-time snapshot. A pipeline keeps running: it adds new carriers as they appear, checks phone numbers and sorts contacts into your own segments and CRM stages.

Can you build a driver recruiting page?

Yes. We build recruiting pages with a short application that goes straight into your hiring pipeline, in English, Spanish or both.
