Lead generation automation that fills your CRM with fresh prospects

A bought list starts going stale the day you buy it. We build data pipelines that pull prospects from sources you can trust, clean and check them, and deliver them into your CRM on a schedule, tagged and ready for follow-up.

How a lead pipeline works

Every pipeline we build follows the same path, and each step can be checked on its own:

  1. Source. Pull raw data from a public dataset, an API, your own records or public web pages.
  2. Clean and de-duplicate. Standardize names, addresses and phone formats, and drop records you already have.
  3. Enrich and validate. Fill in missing details and check what can be checked, such as whether a phone number is valid.
  4. Segment and tag. Sort prospects by the criteria your sales team cares about, like region, size or how new they are.
  5. Deliver. Push each batch into your CRM, a Google Sheet or a dashboard, where follow-up can start.

The pipeline runs on a server, on a schedule, with no one exporting spreadsheets by hand.

Real example: new trucking carriers, straight into GoHighLevel

For a company that sells to trucking and logistics businesses, we built a pipeline around the FMCSA's public carrier census data. On each run, it syncs the latest data, detects carriers that are new since the last run, validates their phone numbers, segments them and pushes them into GoHighLevel, where the client's follow-up takes over. Their team works a list of new carriers instead of digging through a national dataset. We keep the client's name private, but we're happy to walk you through how it works on a call.

Guardrails so a bad data day doesn't flood your CRM

Public data sources change formats, publish partial files and repeat records. A pipeline that pushes whatever it receives can bury your team in junk. So we build in checks:

Where the data comes from

We work with public government datasets like the FMCSA census, your own data (past customers, quotes, CRM records) and partner or vendor APIs you have access to. Where a site's terms and robots rules allow it, data can also come from public web pages. For Hope, a service navigator in Sacramento, we built importers that pull program listings from standard data feeds and web pages, with a daily check for changes.

We respect each source's terms of use, and outreach has its own rules. In the US, calls and texts fall under the TCPA and commercial email under CAN-SPAM, and other countries have their own laws. We carry consent and opt-out flags through to your CRM, but this isn't legal advice: have an attorney review your outreach plan.

Data enrichment for the list you already have

You don't need a new source to start. If you already have a list of customers or prospects, we can clean it, remove duplicates, validate phone numbers, fill gaps from sources you have the right to use and tag it by segment. It's often a sensible first project, because it improves data your team already relies on.

Delivery: your CRM, a sheet or a dashboard

Most teams want new prospects in GoHighLevel or another CRM, tagged so the right follow-up sequence starts on its own. Others prefer a shared Google Sheet they can review first. When your team needs to filter, assign and track prospects in one place, we build a custom dashboard on top of the data. AI can help at this stage too: AI integration can classify enquiries or summarize records before they reach your reps.

Frequently asked questions

Where does the data come from?

From sources you can trust and are allowed to use: public government datasets such as the FMCSA carrier census, your own customer and CRM records, partner or vendor APIs, and public web pages where the site's terms allow it. We document every source in the pipeline.

How often does it update?

We set the schedule with you: daily, weekly or on demand, depending on how often the source changes and how many new leads your team can handle. Each run delivers only what's new since the last one.

Can you enrich my existing list?

Yes. We can clean it, remove duplicates, validate phone numbers, fill in missing details from sources you have the right to use, and tag it by segment before loading it into your CRM.

Can new leads trigger follow-up automatically?

Yes. When a lead lands in your CRM with the right tags, it can start an email or SMS sequence, create a task or assign itself to a rep. We set that up as part of the CRM automation.

Is it legal to contact these leads?

That depends on the channel, the source and where you and the prospect are. Calls, texts and emails each have their own rules. We build in consent and opt-out handling, but we aren't lawyers, so your attorney should approve the outreach plan.

Do you offer web scraping services?

When public web pages are the right source and the site's terms allow it, yes. We prefer official datasets and APIs when they exist, because they're more stable and their terms are clearer.
