Márquez Realty Group: a multilingual real estate website and CRM
Márquez Realty Group is a real estate brokerage based in Tijuana, Baja California, with homes, condos and land in Tijuana, Rosarito, Ensenada and Valle de Guadalupe, priced in pesos and dollars. We built a property website in English, Spanish and French and a private CRM where agents capture listings on a phone at the property and publish them to EasyBroker. Visit marquezrealtygroup.com.

What we built
Property website in English, Spanish and French, with appointment booking
Phone-first listing intake that publishes to EasyBroker, tracked to prevent duplicates
Bilingual listing copy drafted with Gemini
CRM with leads, follow-up sequences, tasks, an agenda, email and WhatsApp
Next.js
PostgreSQL (Neon)
Gemini API
EasyBroker API
Netlify
The starting point
Listings used to move through a Google Sheets and Apps Script workflow. We replaced it with phone-first intake inside the CRM, so an agent can capture a property on site and publish it without a spreadsheet in between.
A property website in three languages
Buyers come from both sides of the border, so the public site speaks their language.
Property site in English, Spanish and French, each on its own URLs
Appointment booking
Sitemaps, listing feeds and generated share images
Listing intake that publishes to EasyBroker
Each publish is tracked in a state machine, which prevents duplicate listings. The integration handles EasyBroker's throttling, retries failed calls and keeps the catalog in sync. Gemini drafts bilingual listing copy, and AI image tools help prepare the photos.
The CRM and marketing tools
Behind the staff login, the brokerage runs its day-to-day work from one place.
Leads, follow-up sequences, tasks and an agenda/calendar
Email inbox and WhatsApp conversations
KPIs and metrics
Social posting, a YouTube pipeline, ad accounts, short links and partner alliances
A recruiting module for job applications
Team roles and invitations, and a status page that shows which services are configured without revealing any values
Stack and services
A Next.js app with PostgreSQL on Neon, the Gemini API, the EasyBroker API and WhatsApp messaging, deployed on Netlify.
Can a real estate site run in more than two languages?
Yes. This one runs in English, Spanish and French, each with its own URLs, so search engines can show buyers the right version.
Does the CRM replace EasyBroker?
No. EasyBroker stays the listing platform. The CRM is where agents capture and prepare listings, and it publishes them to EasyBroker and keeps the catalog in sync.
How do you avoid duplicate listings?
Every publish is tracked in a state machine. If a request is throttled or fails, the system retries it instead of creating a second copy.
Can agents talk to clients on WhatsApp from the CRM?
Yes. WhatsApp conversations come into the CRM and sit alongside email and leads.
