Review management services for more genuine Google reviews
Your work deserves reviews, but on a busy week nobody remembers to ask every customer. We set up review management that asks after every job, links straight to your Google review form, alerts you to new reviews and drafts a reply for you to approve.
The job is done. Your CRM, booking system or invoice marks it complete.
The request goes out. A short SMS or email thanks the customer and links straight to your Google review form.
One reminder, then stop. If they don't respond, they get at most one reminder, and anyone who opts out isn't asked again.
You get an alert. New reviews reach your inbox or dashboard when they're posted.
Reply with help. AI drafts a reply in your tone, and you edit or approve it before it goes live.
See it in one place. A simple dashboard shows requests sent, reviews received and replies waiting.
Replying to every review, good and bad
Replies show future customers how you treat people, and they're easy to put off. The system drafts a reply for each new review, so answering is quick instead of a chore you save for later. Some rules we build into the drafts:
Thank happy customers by naming the specific service, not with the same line every time
Answer complaints calmly, own what's fair and move the details to a phone call or email
Never confirm a customer's private details in a public reply
Reply in the language the review was written in, English or Spanish
Review tools we've built
We've built review features into the back offices we make for clients. The iLights Modern admin includes review moderation alongside its bookings and client records. The Rachelle's Cleaning Services owner dashboard keeps the business's review links in its settings, next to integrations and notifications. The Tulip Landcare and Lena's Wreath Decor admins also have their own review sections.
If your business already runs on GoHighLevel, we set up its built-in review request tools instead of building new ones. Either way, you get the same flow: ask every customer, alert on new reviews, reply quickly.
The rules we follow
We don't write fake reviews, buy reviews or pay customers for them. We also don't use review gating, which means asking customers whether they're happy and sending only the satisfied ones to Google. Google's policies prohibit fake engagement, incentives for reviews and selectively asking for positive ones, and the FTC's rule on fake reviews and testimonials bans fake and bought reviews in the US, with civil penalties for violations.
That protects you. Google can remove reviews that break its rules and can restrict profiles caught with fake engagement. When every customer gets the same request, the reviews you collect are ones you can stand behind.
Connected to your CRM and booking system
Review requests work best when the end of the job triggers them, not someone's memory. We connect them to your CRM and marketing automation, to an online booking system or to a custom admin, so the request goes out when a job is marked done or an appointment is checked out. Each customer's language preference carries through, so Spanish-speaking customers get their request in Spanish.
Reviews sit at the end of the same pipeline that starts with lead generation automation: new prospect, booked job, finished job, review request.
Reviews help with AI search, too
When people ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Google's AI Overviews for a recommendation, the answers can draw on reviews and on what customers say about a business. A steady flow of recent, genuine reviews gives those systems more to work with, and it supports the local side of your search engine optimization too. How do I get more Google reviews without breaking the rules?
Ask every customer, right after the job, with a direct link to your review form. Don't offer anything in exchange, don't screen out unhappy customers first, and reply to the reviews you get. An automatic request handles the asking so it doesn't depend on anyone remembering.
Can you remove bad reviews?
No, and be careful with anyone who says they can. Only Google removes reviews. If a review breaks Google's policies, for example it's spam, off-topic, offensive or not based on a real experience, you can flag it from your Business Profile and Google decides. For honest negative reviews, the best answer is a calm, specific public reply, and we help you write it.
Can review requests go out in Spanish?
Yes. Requests use each customer's preferred language from your CRM or booking records, so English and Spanish speakers each get a message written for them.
Will it spam my customers?
No. Each customer gets one request after the job and at most one reminder. Opt-outs are honored right away, and messages go out at reasonable hours.
Do I need GoHighLevel?
No. If you use GoHighLevel, we set up its review tools. If you use another CRM, a booking system or a custom admin, we connect the review requests there.
Does the AI post replies on its own?
No. AI drafts each reply in your tone, and a person approves or edits it before it's posted.
