Organized the way people search
People look for house cleaning in their own city, so the site is organized the same way. Each city has its own page with distinct local content, and every page leads to the same quote form.
City pages at /house-cleaning/[city], each with its own local content
Service pages, including Airbnb turnover and specialty cleans
An areas hub and a journal/blog
Mapbox service-area maps with a static fallback
Quotes and leads
A multi-step quote form is available on every page. It's built with react-hook-form and Zod and protected by a honeypot. Leads go to a separate lead-intake API with its own transactional email pipeline, so the website and the lead handling can change independently.
An installable owner dashboard
The business gets a dashboard for leads with an in-app notification bell, plus settings for integrations, notifications and review links. It installs on a phone as a PWA and sends push notifications. The Meta Pixel, with a Lead event, is managed from the dashboard alongside GA4 and Microsoft Clarity.
SEO foundations
Every page ships with the technical groundwork search engines and AI assistants look for.
Structured data: LocalBusiness / HomeAndConstructionBusiness, Service, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList and Person
Sitemap, robots.txt, llms.txt and IndexNow
Privacy policy and terms pages
Stack and services
The website is a Next.js app with react-hook-form, Zod and Mapbox GL, served by Netlify. Leads go to a separate Node API, and the owner dashboard uses Web Push.
People search for house cleaning plus their city. A page with real local content for each area you serve gives search engines a clear match and shows visitors that you work where they live.
What does an installable dashboard mean?
The owner opens the dashboard in the phone's browser and adds it to the home screen. It then works like an app and can show push notifications, with no app store involved.
How do you keep spam out of the quote form?
A hidden honeypot field filters out bots that fill in every field, and the form validates every input before it's sent.
Can the business manage its tracking pixel without a developer?
Yes. The Meta Pixel is managed from the dashboard settings, so it can be updated without touching code.
