Salon, spa and med spa website design, with booking that follows your schedule
We build websites and online booking for salons, spas, estheticians, skincare studios and med spas: clear treatment pages, booking that follows your real schedule, review requests after each visit, and a site you can update between appointments.
Clients research before they book. They want to know what a treatment is, whether it's right for their skin, what it feels like, how long it takes and what to do afterward. A page that answers those questions plainly earns the booking, and it's also what Google and AI assistants look for when someone asks about a treatment near them.
We give every treatment page the same structure so it's easy to scan and easy to maintain. For med spas, we write to describe procedures, not promise outcomes, and we ask your provider or medical director to review each page before it goes live.

Truth In Beauty: a skincare studio site, store and admin
Truth In Beauty is an organic skincare and esthetics studio in Stockton, California, offering facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, waxing, brow and lash services, and oncology-safe skincare. We kept the look its clients already knew and rebuilt what's underneath, moving the site off its old page builder: one H1 and one valid head per page, a single canonical address, and BeautySalon, FAQ and blog structured data.
Then we added a skincare blog with an RSS feed and an online store on the same domain, with a product catalog, cart, checkout by card or PayPal and Venmo, customer accounts and pickup at the studio. The admin covers products, orders, customers, coupons, gift cards, the blog (with AI writing tools) and the day's bookings on the overview screen. See the Truth In Beauty case study or visit truthinbeauty.love.
A salon booking system that follows your real schedule
A salon booking system should match how you actually work: which services each provider does, how long each one takes, the cleanup time between clients and the hours you're really available. We set up online booking and scheduling around those rules, with confirmations and reminders by email or text.
If no-shows cost you, booking can require a card or a payment up front. Our own booking platform, XOLBY, already takes payment at booking and holds the slot once it's paid. And if you're happy with the booking app you use today, we'll link or embed it cleanly instead of replacing it.
Booking by service and by provider
Confirmations and reminders
A card, deposit or full payment at booking, if you want it
Your hours, breaks and days off respected automatically
Reviews, photos and consent
The best moment to ask for a review is right after a good appointment. We set up review requests after each visit, sent by text or email with a direct link to your Google profile.
Before-and-after galleries can help, but only with the client's written consent. We can build galleries that keep that consent on record with each photo set, crop or blur anything identifying, and let you take a photo down quickly if a client changes their mind.
Spa and salon website design that's found locally
Local search is where most new clients will find you. We add HealthAndBeautyBusiness markup, or a more specific type like BeautySalon or DaySpa, with your services, hours and location, and keep your details consistent with your Google Business Profile. Together with treatment pages and a blog that answers real questions, that's the base of our SEO for salons and spas.
For a solo esthetician website, that can mean a few strong pages and a booking button. If you sell skincare, a store can live on the same site through our e-commerce website development, as it does for Truth In Beauty. It all starts with our spa and salon website design process.
Yes. Clients can book by service and provider, get reminders, and, if you want, pay a deposit or the full amount when they book. If you already use a booking app you like, we can link or embed it instead.
Do you build websites for med spas?
Yes. Med spa sites need clear treatment pages and careful wording. We describe procedures without promising results and ask your provider or medical director to review the copy before launch. The beauty project we can show publicly is a skincare and esthetics studio, Truth In Beauty, and we're glad to walk you through it.
Can I sell skincare products on the same site?
Yes. We can build a store into your site with products, cart, checkout, customer accounts and in-studio pickup, managed from the same admin as your blog and bookings.
Can I show before-and-after photos?
Yes, with each client's written consent. We set up the gallery so photos can be cropped or blurred where needed and removed quickly if a client changes their mind.
Can my site be in Spanish?
Yes. We build sites in English, Spanish or both, with each treatment page written naturally in each language rather than machine-translated.
